Terms of Service

By accessing or using Sasu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service. These terms apply to all users of the service, including parents, guardians, and children.

Sasu is intended for use by children ages 2-8 under parental supervision. Parents or legal guardians must create and manage accounts on behalf of their children. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to agree to these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Sasu Plus is an optional paid subscription for parents. Fees are billed in advance monthly or annually through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account; Sasu does not collect card or bank details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends in your store account settings. You keep access until the end of the paid period after canceling. Refunds follow Apple or Google policies. Free-tier limits and Plus benefits are described in the app paywall.

All content provided through Sasu, including but not limited to podcasts, stories, music, and activities, is owned by Sasu or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You agree not to use Sasu for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or disrupt the service, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, or to use the service in any way that could harm minors. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

Sasu and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sasu and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written permission.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Sasu is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sasu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
