How to request deletion of your Sasu account and associated personal data.

How to Request Deletion

You can delete your account directly from the app: (1) open Sasu and sign in, (2) go to the Parents tab, (3) scroll to the Delete Account option, and (4) confirm deletion in the two confirmation dialogs. If you cannot access the app, email privacy@sasuedu.com from the same email address associated with your Sasu account with the subject 'Account Deletion Request' and your full name.

Data We Delete

When you delete your account, we remove your parent profile, child profiles, learning progress and preferences, memory chest data, profile and memory media stored for your account, invite code lookups, community membership and your community feed posts, and push notification tokens for your devices.

Data We May Retain

We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or regulatory obligations, and aggregated or de-identified analytics or crash logs at our service providers. Any retained personal data is restricted and handled according to applicable law.

Deletion Timeline

We begin processing requests as soon as possible and generally complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or for legitimate security and compliance reasons.
